This commercial is usually on at night at various channels. Lavaflow is a some phone hotline for singles looking to date. Well the scene is that there is a - kinda like a - formal party and people are just sitting and talking. It is just a brief one second scene when this woman (I think she was wearing pumps) brushing a leg of a man whom she is sitting beside. That is all...
Dunno if its worthwhile, but you all can decide.

I belive its the Lavalife commercial, unless they have different names for it.
