Seems even North Koreans can make movies with foot scenes. From "The Schoolgirl's Diary" (according to YouTube poster). Girls settle argument with a race. The heroine kicks off her shoes soon after start and races in stocking feet (I can't imagine they don't wear hose in North Korea).
