That is the lovely and talented <a href="http://www.superiorpics.com/alyson_hann ... ml">Alyson Hannigan</a> best known for her role as Willow on the TV series <a href="http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0118276/">Buffy, The Vampire Slayer</a>.

She is my current obsession and I have about a half a dozen other avatars of her that I have waiting for use.
