Great scene! Thanks! Any idea what the name of this episode was? Or if it was from season 1? I know season 1 is out on DVD now.

As I recall, the show only lasted one season on USA.

I don't remember the episode title, but I remember the plot was about a mysterious masked art thief. I won't give away who it was.

OK the character receiving the footsie is Smiley Dupree played by Eric George. The episode should be "One Little Indian" because he really falls for this lady.
