DISCUSSION ONLY About Pearl TV Shopping Channel (No Videos)

I know that many of you are going to say that we are lucky to have the program, that it is too much that we can see some shoe games, that they have to sell the window cleaner, the solar panels, the keyboards, the dolls, etc., but honestly from the point of view of our forum, the program has become like Groundhog Day, there are no changes, there are no surprises, there are no improvisations, day after day it is always the same, it has become monotonous and it was not before. Two years ago, or even last year, you were glued to the TV because anything could happen, now you don't.

Monica does nothing, there are no changes, there are no surprises, you are not going to watch 10 programs without doing anything and on the 11th she surprises you with a game, no, she is not going to do anything. Two months ago she had two or three good weeks, but now there is no hope that she will do anything.

Rebecca, if she goes out without nylon stockings, she's not going to do anything, she's been like this for 5 months, there's not going to be a day that surprises you, no, she's not going to do anything. She's been showing us her feet for two years, but not this year, we don't know why, but this year it's impossible for Rebecca to show us her feet. She's capable of getting into a foot massager with her shoes on, she's not going to show them to you. Then she'll put on the most opaque stockings in the world and do everything you want, but without stockings she doesn't do anything.

Merve has been the surprise of the summer, from doing nothing last season she's started to play excellently, but little by little she's falling into monotony and repetitiveness. When she's standing she's not a great shoeplayer, and when she's sitting she'll use her hand to take off her heel and two or three scenes later she'll appear barefoot, no surprises, it'll be more or less like this.

Diana, although she is the one who plays the most and has the most resources, has also fallen into repetition and is starting to become monotonous. We know that when she is sitting down, every three or four products she is going to do a dangling, that when the lights go out she is going to do a dangling, and when the program ends she is going to do a dangling. Before she was more unpredictable and had more resources.

In short, I think that these are bad times for us, that watching the channel today is going to be the same as watching it tomorrow, that the surprises have ended, and that every day is more or less the same and this makes it monotonous and boring. Even our forum has less and less participation, it is surely the disappointment that this situation produces in us.

Now, I expect criticism for these comments, but sincerely this is what I think, and this is what the forum is for, to say what each one thinks, without disrespecting each other.

I think that's a pretty fair sum up for the current situation of Pearl.

It has lost that special thrill. Now it's basically watch the 1st seated show of the day and you will have the dynamic of the day and wether or not it's worth to watch.

To be fair, Diana, and even Rébecca have been doing it for so long that it makes some sense it has become repetive and monotonous. Now it's in their hands to explore and spice things up like they used to.

Only thing that doesn't make much sense as Mr. Mike mentionned, is why is the shoeplay still the main subject of the channel with the thumbnails and behind the scenes that are completely focused on that. I know views and stuff but in this case just give it to us during liveshows.

The current situation is just building frustration and/or lack of interest from many of the recurring viewers and surely, that's not good for the channel future.

Watched a fair bit today and I'm still not convinced.
This full week of "All angels" as our good friends in the chat call it has been so far nothing but a wasted opportunity imo.

Diana was the only one today that captivated my attention with her standing shows and the nice dangles she offered.

Sadly the producer and cameraman are not willing or have not discovered there is a left hand side zoomed camera on the set of the seated shows. Too bad because Diana and Rébecca are for once next to each other and playing a fair bit. But we hardly got to see anything.

Won't speak about Rébecca playing hide and seek with us. In every segment she is hiding behind furnitures. Will be waiting her once in a full moon day where she is somewhat comfortable with showing herself.

Monika has been silent for months now, idk what's up with her but she's barely hosting or modeling...

Merve, now that the "WOW" effect has faded, she's mostly doing the same plays every now and then without much effort to mix things up.

All in all, nothing has changed

I don't think they'll ever tell it though, they'd easily lose more than half of their viewership.

The more I've been looking at it, I just think those "shoeplay" days happen when multiple conditions coincide in a single occurence :
Team of hosts, cameraman ,director.
When that happens, they will plan all shows to feature the most play they can, duo or trios of girls, products and segments that day will particularly be favorable to that.

There is some kind of pattern between all those good days.

The comments page on YouTube is FULL of this Shoeplay discussion. “Do this, do that…” It’s so counterproductive and not helpful at all.
