Imagevenue is starting to work like s**t lately... that "copy right violation" is simply an error. Got it posting a pic I took as well!!!!
If i can suggest, you could start using imgur.com . Seems way better and more reliable :-)

This copy right violation happens to me first time. Anyway I will try out imgur.
