This is Martine Croxall fronting a show called "The Papers" and doing a massive seated heel pop in flats! The action tentatively starts at 6.43 where you see the heel pop out of the shoe, and is visible all the way to 7.57!

I have been watching Martine for sometime, she is a very actine heelpopper and occasionall dangler. She even pops slingbacks. I have countless caps on my skybox as I record every show. Would post but dont know how to get them fron sky to computer. Any advice apprecciated.

Here's a cap & link to the iplayer of a guest on the Victoria Derbyshire show doing a seated heelpop - apparently she's a police officer! Shoe play is very rare on this show although I usually concentrate on the presenters particularly Tina Daheley, Chloe Tilley & Joanna Gosling who stand in for Ms Derbyshire occasionally....
