99% that's a photoshop from an Amateur Adrianne pic. I was a big fan (she died :( ) so i totally remember that pic. But still nice! :)

The actress is Alyson Hannigan from How I met Your Mother and American Pie. Her head is photoshopped onto the body of Adrianne who is deceased. Her death was very tragic and horrific.
