It sometimes pays off to check out what the city council has to say, at least for the sake of finding a hot lady dangling and dipping her shoe! WOW!

Damn, she's really pretty. Wonder if she has nylons on....wish the video were more clearer. (Certainly better clarity than a lot of videos like
this, I'm sure city councils and other type meetings aren't that concerned about high definition video!)

is this a find or a capture? the terrible sound quality, and camera angle make me think that this is a video shot by a shoeplay fan who happened to be at the council meeting.
also, what is the language? it sounded a little like magyar (hungarian) to me, but i'm not particularly good at picking out languages.

anyone have more info?

I found the entire city council's meeting recording and reduced it to the scenes most suitable for our viewers here.

For that reason the quality might not seem the best, also I didn't focus on enhancing the sound, what mattered for me was that lady.

The language is Polish, which is nothing like Hungarian.

As for nylons or not, I would put my bet on knee high socks, but maybe that is just my imagination or wish.
