Nice find! Reminds me a similar scene when I was walking behind a young woman walking in costume amd flats. She went down to the underground by stairs. When she saw the metro she started to run but with the first step she lost her right shoe. She did two more steps and suddenly stepped out of her left shoe too. She was really embarassed while she was hunting for both of her shoes in the crowd. Anyway she was not more than 32 yrs old and wearing grey RT nylons. She had also sexy feet. That happened some 15 yrs ago....

That is extremely rare but I have the feeling that the guy steped intentionally on her pump.

Maybe you're right! But her shoes were quite loose also. You can see that at the beginning (in slow motion an enlightened), when she already comes out of her left pump while walking!
Here in our business district, there is a cobbled street where you can see lots of office girls tiptoeing in their pointy heels. Sometimes they get stuck anyway, which does not necessarily mean that they are stepping out of their shoe. And if they do, it always comes unexpected, you never know when and how. So it would be extremely difficult to tape. Sometimes I see it by incident, for me this is one of the most thrilling situations.

i know what u mean cos it happened to my wife a couple of times...all it takes for the shoe to be left behind is for the tiny heel to be caught in between the grill cover for manholes. It all happens too quickly and can be quite embarrassing for the ladies in such situations!
