A Virgin among the Living Dead (Jess Franco film)

The English title is A Virgin among the Living Dead but there are many other titles and versions of this 1971 film. I saw a composite version of the English language release with inserts from other language releases. I don't think this scene is in the English version but it had only heavy breathing and music so I couldn't say which language.

A woman is eavesdropping on an angry couple in the room next to hers. Then the scene shifts to the couple but they are no longer arguing. The man is standing at the end of the bed, still clothed, while the woman is lying nude on her back in bed. She extends her foot to his crotch. It is a distant shot, no closeups.
