My Journey After Clips4Sale

So, most of you know I left Clips4Sale back in 2015. I couldn't stand the feeling of Porn in my Shoeplay.
I also didn't like the feeling of a 30% - 40% pay cut. I totally understand the need for a pay cut of that magnitude, however, because server prices and hard drive space is quite expensive.
I established my own online store and began selling videos that way. Within the year I made almost three times what I made in a year on C4S.
But then a problem arose. Chargebacks.
Some of you who have followed my progress know the issue I've had with chargebacks.
For those who don't know what a chargeback is: It's when you buy something, and then tell your card company or bank that you didn't so they will take the money back from the person you purchased from. Usually it results in a return. But with digital material, it results in theft.
I was flooded with Chargebacks to the point it caused my website to go under twice.
I got a handle on it, after doing some deep information gathering on the people who did it, and I came out triumphant, but it was irrelevant. Because when you have too many chargebacks as a small business, you will get booted from your payment processor regardless of whose fault it was.
The chargeback issue extended from my time as an Online store owner, to my time owning a streaming website.
Currently, I am resting from all of this, and putting together a more powerful product.
I see how my fellow filmers are feeling and I want to say, "I know it's frightening. But you CAN make the jump, and you WILL survive. If you adapt."
