Life As We Know It

I dont know if this has been reported already or not. Recently they have been previewing the sitcom "Life as we know it" on the Paramount Comedy Channel (Middle East region). And during the preview there is a quick shot of Kelly Osbourne playing footsie with her boyfriend, wearing socks though. I believe it to be in the early episodes. Anyone got any clues about this?
