Katie Holmes toes getting sucked

I had never heard of "Dear Dictator" from 2017, also known as "Coup d'Etat." Saw it today and except for an extended scene where Katie Holmes gets her bare toes sucked by her boss, a dentist, it was pretty awful. She even films the scene on the dentist's phone so he can watch it later. He says his wife thinks such behavior is weird and won't let him do it.
