I am trying to post my new avatar but it wont work

I found a pic of the Threes Company scene and wanted to use it for my avatar but its not worling please help

Also is it possible to have pics of our favorite footsie ladies as an option for our avatars?

maybe the file sizes are too large? try jpeg instead of png.
