If I remember correctly there are not a lot of videos and the few I watched she was not wearing the right shoes. Have you guys seen videos of her standing out there in heels and NOT dipping??? That would be shocking

Nope, but I'm searching by "Spalding County Board of Commissioners" directly on YouTube search bar and I've found many more videos.

Regarding the main dangler on the extreme left, you can see her go from major heel pop to full out dangle at 3:44:29. Too bad the camera didn’t shift a bit earlier to catch the pop too.
