Sky News Shoeplay
Ok, Sky News is not a haven for shoeplay caps/vids due to the sets/camera angles etc etc. Any caps do tend to be rarities so to start off here's some caps from the now defunct (and much missed) Boulton & Co. If you look behind Sarah Jane Mee at the girl seated to the right, you'll clearly see flats being dangled!!!

Not a shoeplay picture I know but this came from Sarah Jane Mee's Twitter account. Apparently she accidently picked up 2 right foot shoes up on her way out to work! As a shoe lover I'd go for the shoe on the left with the lighter coloured sole as it looks more well worn!!!

Another tenuous one...The presenter to the left is Gillian Joseph, to my eyes it looks very much like her shoe is on the floor in front of her and there appears to be a nylon clad foot in the shot as well. It's not too clear given the resolution & poor light down there........

Sky have recently improved the set for their news output to something far more promising for shoeplay! Here's the first fruits of this transformation with the previously uncapped Isabel Webster doing a seated a heel pop. Enjoy!

i'm going to make a prediction that I *really* hope will be proved wrong. The new set is far less promising for shoeplay, and we're going to see far less of it -or at least far less full-fledged dipping.
Why?
Ironically, for the selfsame reason you say the set is *more* promising: it's more out in the open and conceals less, making the women feel more "observed", more self conscious, and less likely to engage in the largely unconscious and relaxed activity we call shoeplay.
Look for example at all of the notorious Tanya's Backett's most (seemingly) brazen acts of shoe play. They *all* occur at a desk or table of some sort, and even with that kind of set she's a rare outlier. There are videos on Youtube where she is on a more "living room" type set, and others where she is on stage hosting a panel discussion of some sort, and there is not the slightest hint of the slightest shoeplay.
Again, I can't stress enough how much I want to be dead wrong, but unless there's another Tanya Beckett on Sky News, I fear we're just going to see slight heel pops like the one above from now on.

Uh, OK, what should I write here...
Sweet and to the point:
My strong preference is for seated, both-feet shoeplay. Dangling, and shoeplay with open-toed shoes or mules, I'm afraid don't do as much for me.

Bit of a while since I posted anything on this thread so here goes - here's a video of Daily Express journalist Camilla Tominey doing some heel pops. This is the only show on Sky News now that is likely to produce any chance of seeing any action as the morning show has had another set change which has destroyed all of the tasty leg shots that we used to get...... That said I have got some caps of Isabel Webster to post once I can find which file they're in!

She's at it in a type of loafer/flat shoe from the off. The best bit in my opinion is at approx 11.24 where the camera shot is distant and you get a good view of a bit of dangling!

Here's a cap of a woman called Kate Andrews doing a nice seated heel pop! She's a regular on various news/political programmes not just on Sky but also BBC news as well. The cap is from the show on 25th February so keep an eye on Youtube as people do post videos of the Press Preview show (particularly a channel called MP's Newswatch)....

Re: Sky News Shoeplay
If you're after Kate Andrews, try this:
It's not Sky News but CNN
The heel popping is subtle in the middle of the interview and near the end it's more blatant.

Here's a video of Sky News anchor Sophy Ridge doing some great seated heel pops! She's just recently returned from maternity and she's started doing her own show again on Sunday mornings. She's always been a bit fidgety and patience has been rewarded with this video!
Her segment starts from 30.15 and she starts heel popping shortly afterwards. This goes on to the end of the segment at about 40.22. The blasted banner does obscure some bits though...
This cap is from this week's show and I'm waiting for a video appear on YouTube....Note same shoes though!!

Here's some more videos of Sophy Ridge heelpopping on her Sky News show!

You see the heel pop out of the shoe at 2.59 and stays out to 3.56

This one's a bit more obvious, she's heel popped from 8.39 - 10.13. She likes wearing those heels, they're LK Bennett if anyone's interested!

Kay Burley was seemingly barefoot during an interview with Matt Hancock during the week:
