I don't know if this was posted, but I came across this vid...
This chick does quite a bit of heelpopping...But the spots are:
Starting at 50:40 she does a heelpop, then about a minute after, she does a cross shoeplay until about 53:43, then she does a heelpop again and a "tease" cross shoeplay.
At 1:19:20 she does a quick dangle..
At 1:28:57, she does yet another heelpop until 1:29:18, where she commences the "Pedal Pump" shoeplay until 1:30:43..
When she crosses her legs, she does a lot of ankle rotation. there's some dangling, but it's here and there..

The most notable spot is at 1:44:58 where she does a cross shoeplay until 1:47:58 and a tease one at 2:01:57 until 2:03:52, and another cross tease at 2:47:23. There's a bit of heelpops through this vid as well.
This one doesn't have as much shoeplay..just heelpops...
