Footsie on the train, can't find it!!!!!

Hi i remember a couple of pictures but never a clip of a man and a woman sitting opposite each other on a train. Its a foriegn film and i think it began with a G its a bit old like 1985 to 1990 round there.

In more detail about the clip the woman is wearing tan hose and starts off putting her foot up his leg then to his crotch, any ideas what its called?
