Start? I think probably around the age people habitually wear shoes.
The earliest I noticed it was in Pre-Kindergarten. So, around 5 years old.

Was about to say the same. As soon as they start wearing shoes. If it wasn't for the fact shoes keep our feet clean and protect us, then most people would probably never wear.
