I would paste the read on here but it only applies in Virginia and other states..it is definitely illegal to record someone without their personal consent..they can file a civil suit against you..it’s called the “wiretap” law..recording people is a slippery slope..some places it’s ok but if someone catches you and they aren’t happy about what you’re doing..best believe nothing good will come of it

So being a former owner of a candid nylon website in the United States back in the early 2000's, I like to chime in. I actually talked with a police officer who advised me what was legal and not legal. In the United States anyone in a "public" setting outside is not subject to the "right to privacy" defense. If that was the case, the media would have a shit load of consent forms for people to sign to use video or images for their publication. The only place that you CANNOT film or record legally without consent are places of business, someone's home, and place of work. You can't record in a mall or a store, because these are places that are classified as a place where one seeks privacy or protection. The police officer said that is why "voyeur'" laws are charged only to those who have recorded in a place of where one expects privacy. Upskirt's ARE NOT protected in any form or fashion.

When I ran my former site, I was told I COULD NOT charge membership fees if I showed the subjects face and did not have a consent of use form signed by the individual. Because of that, I was required to distort the subjects face if I showed a front shot, but I was able to show subjects from behind without their consent.

So to answer the question. You can legally shoot pictures of women in parks, street, and other open areas OUTSIDE and not worry about breaking the law. It's only when you go INSIDE that you are playing with fire and subject to being charged with voyeurism.

Hey..I don’t know if anyone knows this but candid videos are uhhh kind of illegal ..for them to be exposed to the public this long was already a privilege..hopefully you guys downloaded some content while you had the chance like some of us did..and also..it’s time that some of you get out there and get your own “foot”age (did you like that? Lol)..nothing is better than having your own authentic collection

That's exactly why I started downloading any good videos I can find. My favorite types are on Youtube surprisingly. All the porn sites have feet but the way its usually filmed just turns me off. I can spend hours digging through Youtube playlists, then use converters to download videos. I do film some occasionally but my shitty phone camera always has noise. I may invest in a small camera such as Gopro but for now I'll have to keep using my phone from like 2016. I'll prob buy a 128gb flashdrive and put everything on that. I already got a video-editing software so that's all sorted. Problem is I'm paraniod about filming in public. Don't wanna be labeled a creep or something.

If you want to get the good stuff you have to take the risk. Just don't forget there's more to life than recording candids or trying to find the best shoeplay. Be safe... and good luck!
