You gotta thank GOD for Google. I was searching for more footsie scenes, and according to this website, it looks like there's another footsie scene from "Rescue Me" ("Discovery", season 3, episode 2). I managed to download the entire episode via BitComet. The scene is not that great, as both of them have their shoes on, but it's on topic for the most part.
