What is YouTube Doing Now????

Some videos now have this framing around them that you gave use the keyboard to fast forward and I haven't figured out now how to enlarge the video. Nothing works with the mouse.

Same issue here Mike on a video in a playlist....i googled a music video and it did not have the framing *shrugs*

It sometimes happened to me too. Doing a refresh fixed it.
Really strange. I hope they are not experimenting some kind of stripped down viewer for non-premium users ...
