Saw this in a calendar shop today. Maybe someone can get this and scan it?

It should be available in any of the numerous calendar stores in your local mall. (I would add a an emoticon here with a tounge sticking out in disgust. I HATE malls and only have to venture inside because of the Barnes and Noble bookseller.)
