Slacks, socks, flats, loafers

Hey all,
Does anyone know of a source containing women wearing dress pants, dark socks,
(or any opaque hose under trousers) and flat shoes such as loafers or ballet flats? This used to be everywhere in the late '90s and early - mid 2000s, but since women have gotten so casual this material is really difficult to find these days. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.
