Can't give you an exact season and episode number because it's inconsistent in different sources. Episode's title is "Территория риска" (Area of risk).

I'm not sure whether she qualifies as a celebrity, because she's rather unknown, but she was starring in a Russian TV series "Prosecutor's inspection" (Прокурорская проверка). Here in this episode she's struggling with her newly bought boots and takes them off when she gets an opportunity....
