I saw a nice scene on Married with Children where the main character pulls the high heel off a very hot looking girl and tosses the heel into a fish tank. All the while the girl has one shoe on, and one shoe off revealing hose. The heel being pulled off is rather lengthy, and is focused upon by the camera. A pretty good find all in all.
