Just a Quick Note

I just read in a fitness magazine that women who spend a lot of time in offices or at desks are encouraged to flex their toes and ankles at work to improve blood circulation and lower risk of diabetees. This is a really interesting point.

If you have cute co-workers, tell them that! It might encourage shoeplay! You'd be helping them and you.

Wow, footplay might just end up saving lives.

P.s. this girl today was dangling like crazy. She was wearing suit pants, no nylons and non classic black pumps. she was doing an amazing job. she shifted frequently in her spin chair to a point where she was basically turned with her back to me...but the problem is, her damn coat was hanging too low behind the chair. All i could see was the empty cup of her pump. anyways...that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Make a Xerox of the article and post it on your department bulletin board.

Or if it's online you can email it to your HR department as a suggestion for the company newsletter/health and fitness updates.

And if it's online you can edit the text and add that wearing stockings assists bloodflow and helps keep skin soft and young looking. :D
