Create Me A Site?

Hi. I was wondering if there was anyone here advanced in making websites. I want to make a site to put my Hotlegsandfeet and Footsiebabes footjob wallpapers at.

I just want one page. The top of the page will have a logo designed by me, and the rest of the page will have thumbnails of the wallpapers. Of course when people click on the wallpaper I would like it to enlarge from the same site.

Let me know if anyone can do this for me and I will gladly pay for the services.

i can make a very very basic design but depends on what your after i need a proof
