I keep getting ads for punktownpoker with no clear option for getting to the actual picture :-( What do I do?

When it takes you to that page, it will say "the link will load in 10 seconds, if you dont want to wait, click here". Just click it as soon as you see it and the pic will download immediately. This 10 second deal is in the top center of the blue page.
