This footsie under the table scene I've found on YouTube is from the Indian movie "Abhimanyu". At 3:57, a woman is sitting across a man at a table, while another man is in the center. She then places her bare foot along the man's foot and moves her foot slowly to his ankle. Then at 6:10, the couple is lying down, in which there's a brief footsie in bed scene.

You have to wonder with some of these scenes if its the directors, the actors themselves that have foot fetishes of sorts and just kind of tossed it in the scenes. Nothing too heavy so that it is obvious, but just a tease. I have heard all kinds of actors have foot fetishes, but its 4:30 AM here and I have not had enough coffee yet and am drawing a blank on some of the famous names I heard.
Amazing find nonetheless. A short foot scene perhaps, but a good find.
