OK, the topic about Scooby Doo gave me the idea to begin this topic. This is an extremely difficult category as there is not much footage that someone can find. I've got a few videos and photos and I hope that you have a few as well.

LMAO!Awww thanks Dangling Fan.I still get a rush looking at her dip.The person who created her must of been a shoeplay lover too.

The only other cartoon hottie I remember removing her shoes was Judy Jetson.She was walking dogs and they carried her away and her shoes flew off her feet.

I think Olive Oyl might have a dipping scene too but she's not hot.

Now I remember a scene from the Real Ghostbusters where the secretary(Janine)? is kneeling and her heel pops.
