I have spent two days recently in Berlin, and I was delighted that even in 27 degrees some teenage girls are wearing hotpants with pantyhose! I don't say that there are army of girls wearing pantyhose, but from time to time you can see some. Usually they wear tan or nude nylons, but I have seen also with black hose, and the reinforced part was well peeking out from her hotpant. Usually this girls wear them with flats. Also some are wearing jeans with ankle high nylons. I haven't seen any shoeplay, but anyway remain speachless in few occasions.
