As I have travelled quite a lot from the summer of last year, so I have some experience with safety measures at the airports in couple of countries. I made a top list for you. So if you happen to visit one of those countries, here is what you can expect.

1. France - Every boot should come of and every pump with metal parts
2. Hungary - Every boot must come of and almost every pump with metal part
3. Germany - ALmost all boots, but rarely any pumps
4. Italy (MI - Malpensa) - Rarely any boot comes off , pumps remain
5. Austria - No boots no shoes should come off

Do you have guys any other observation or shoe removal story?

Well here in Brazil I don't go much in airports.

I go more in shoppings. And here girls wear sandals. Lot of sandals. And barefeet.

The ones who likes barefeet should come here. :)

Thanks for the list Tomi.

Josef, I have only one short video from the airports. It was a very interesting scene, when a girl took off her boots at the check point but couldn't took them back because they were too tight. She was sitting nylon footed for a while, but her girl friend had an idea to put newspapers in it so she finaly could took them back. So this was the story and here you can see the last minute of that action:

BTW she was wearing taupe color RHT nylons!
