I've discovered this female to male foot in crotch scene from "Boga Gibi Guclu". The caps are courtesy of Nylon in Film by Staedtlerman. Worth checking out.

I was looking for this movie since Babylove first sent this post. I finally found it on the most unexpected place : Youtube 
It's a Turkish movie from 1976. I'm not sure of the actress' name as she is not one of the leading roles and she is not so famous. I'll give more information if i can findout.

A short description of the movie and the scene :
Actor is a car repairman and one night two hotties' car breakes down in his city. He pulls the car to the garage with a rope(That's why movie's name is Boğa Gibi Güçlü(Strong as Bull). They have to spend the night at his house as one of the necessary part was unavailable. One of them slept with him. In the morning when they were living they give him their address in İstanbul(Turkey's biggest city). He goes after them.
About the scene; when he stopped at a restaurant to have lunch, she sits at his table, orders expensive meal. She gives him hope during the meal, and seduces him. After finishing her meal she tells him she will go to the bathroom. As you guess she never returns and leaves him with the bill
Original movie name is Kader Utansın(Shame to Fate, maybe there's a better translation).
With this poor English, i pushed my limits
