There may be a possible footsie scene from "Dirty Sexy Money". I came across this webpage just now. I hope somebody can catch it for us.

Speaking of kids working for the old man -- hoo boy, Karen! Just when you think you have her figured out, she throws you for a brand-new loop. Karen's playing naughty naughty footsie footsie with Simon Elder -- and it's all on the QT. In the spirit of full disclosure, Simon tells Nick that he's seeing Karen. And asks for the profit/loss statements for Darling Enterprises for the last five years. Nick seems far more conflicted about the Karen development than the profit/loss statement request.

Hey BL. I don't know if this will help, but DSM does have full episodes on the web,(Dirty Sexy Money at ABC.com), but the problem is they not ready available at the moment. The next episode will show on the 31st at 11cst, but it's the pilot episode. I tried, but I could not get the episode I wanted. But I won't give up. Sorry.
