Help with DVD decrypter

Hello everyone! I have some GREAT videos to post but I have a big problem with the DVD decrypter that I downloaded. :crash: It doesn't work and I am not familiar at all with converting videos into a suitable form for computers.
Do you have any good free DVD decrypter to suggest me because I am blocked and confused? :please:

Err...what do you mean with "it doesn't work"? Any error message?
