This comes from the 1996 Viv Thomas directed movie 'Every Woman has a Foot Fantasy'. Its not great picture quality I'm afraid because its one of the earliest clips to be posted on the Viv Thomas website.

I think that you're correct Nyllover. Looking at Lana's filmography ( http://www.bgafd.co.uk/actresses/details.php/id/l0002)
it seems that after a very brief career in hardcore movies during 1994-95 she then decided to concentrate on softcore/fetish work for the next decade and 'Every Woman Has a Foot Fantasy' would appear to have been her first foot fetish movie. There's a full review of it here -
