Crazy For Feet Forum

Recently I am travelling a lot in France and Germany. Well as far as the nylon situation concerned, the two countries are totally opposite. While in Paris you can hardly see a woman wearing nylons, the majority of the german ladies are fine wearing them. I think in Paris not more than 15% of the females are wearing hose, including the business crowd. In Germany this figure is probably more than 60%. The french result is really disappointing if we took into consideration that the august was rainy and fresh. Are there any french guys around, who could give some explanation, what happened in the country which is one of the leaders in fashion ?!:S

From my understanding, I think German have widely accepted the fact that pantyhose can be worn throughout the year. As for the French, I guess they have to show off that "French tip pedicure" for the summer seasons.

I'm not sure why the French are not wearing hose. But I don't really like to see women wear hose with sandals.

Well, the fact is that there are not only sandal barefeeters, but lots of ladies wearing pumps with barefeet in chilli weather. And to my surprise there is a significant number of 60 yrs old ladies who are more or less in a good shape, plus looking elegantly, and then they are wearing pumps with no hose. But ohh boy, their skin of their legs look quite awful. So I cant understand why they just dont put on hose, that way their 'package' would be much better.

BTW I like open toe sandals with hose. I think with sheer pantyhose its definitely fashionable. With a huge reinforcement it looks a bit strange I admit, although it is a great turn on to me to see sandals with RT hose. And if you would ask a fashion designer 20 yrs ago: is it 'in' to wear sandals barefeet? They would answer you: are you nuts? Barefeet? So I just want to tell you that everything is 'In' what fashion designers are telling. I would like to hear from them one day: Shoes? No way, women just walking nylonfooted, thats the fashion

i've never been to germany so i won't be able to compare with my home country: france. i must admit that i have the feeling that french girls wear less hose than they used to do in the past. especially they wear less high heeled shoes!
they stiil wear hose but more with sneakers or shoes that are not that sexy! i remenber when i was a kid in the early 80's so many women more hose with high heels!! that is maybe how my fetish was born!!!
