This brief clip is from the Polish version of the U.S. comedy series 'The Nanny'. The Fran Drescher lookalike (but thankfully not soundalike!) is an actress called Agnieszka Dygant. I have posted other clips of her on pantyhose-themed websites but this is one that may also be of interest to you folks.
