Why look?

Have you ever noticed that sometimes when a woman is dangling her shoe, that she sometimes looks at it? I have noticed this many times and I often wonder why they are looking. Any comments?

Yes, like pagodino wrote - I've never seen it.
I have noticed that most of them do things like drinking, smoking, speaking and much more. Most women do it when they were busy and they don't know what they are doing for us in this moments.
If they know it - maybe - someone would do it more times.

Some women are always looking at themselves to make sure they look good.Maybe shes looking at the condition of her shoes or if she has a run in her stockings
