I saw this scene... it was more creepy than arousing! LOL! This guy is having an affair with his bosses wife. So their son suspects them of having an affair. They are at a picnic in which the wife and lover are sitting across from each other. Then a foot creeps in her lap thinking it was her lover, but it was her son and she smacks him. This movie starred Edward James Olmos and Maria Chochita Alonso. It should be easy to find.
