Rather unusual scene from "New Love in Tokyo" (1994). Sawa Suzuki plays a dominatrix and near end of movie one of her clients crawls sobbing at her feet. She has one leg crossed and removes her pump and strokes the back of his head with her foot and says he will make a good slave. Movie has some very strange scenes and lots of foot scenes, bare and hosed. A guy even eats a lens from his sunglasses to show how tough he is! Lots of sexual situations and nudity but little violence.
