Females playing footsie?

I don't think I have ever seen this in real life, but what I saw today was pretty close. I saw these 2 women having lunch at an indoor/outdoor restaurant. It was a small table. Both women were wearing wedding rings.

One of the women was wearing sneakers. Boo. The other was wearing single strap sandals. She had nice shapely feet. She had her leg crossed with her foot crossed towards the other lady. The lady with the sneakers had her foot underneath the crossed foot of the lady with the sandals. It was easy to see they were making contact. Now most of the time, when people's feet collide, they pull away. Not this time. In fact, the lady with the sandals had to know she was on top of the lady's sneakers. Yet she did not pull away. The sneaker lady was moving her foot around which was moving the foot of the other lady around. But they didn't act like strangely at all....just like women having lunch. I was mermerized. I didn't know what I was observing. The sneaker lady made no attempt to unstrap the sandal of the other lady, and other than that, there was no physical contact at all that I could see, and I could see nearly everything.

So I sat there watching an interesting show. After awhile, the lady wearing the sandals crossed the other leg for awhile. Then she crossed the other leg back, landing her foot squarely on top of the sneaker lady's foot. Neither looked aroused or excited at all. So I didn't know what to think. I can't remember the last time I saw this occur, so it was interesting. If either was aroused, they sure didn't show it. I was actually hoping for a little more action...some kind of hand to foot action or something a little more explicit. But nothing. Just a lot of shoe to shoe contact. But I did get a little bit aroused since I had rarely if ever seen it before.
