Nyllover could you answer a question?

I was looking online and discovered this story from 2000(?) in which a teacher in Italy was trying to play footsie with one of his students. She pressed charges but the Italian courts said that footsie with a stranger or unwilling person is fine. Of coures this relates to me
but is it true? Also the butt pinching that is legal too if so I might move to Italy.

Yes, totally true.
That court stated that it's not against the law to play footsies.
But be in mind that here in Italy a decision of a court doesn't mean that in the future another court will have to do the same (as it is in the USA). Here in Italy each judgement plays it's own "life", and it's not connected to old judgements
