There is a movie called "Killer Instinct" with Vanessa Angel (she is the HOT blonde from the movie "Kingpin" with Woody Harrelson and Bill Murray) in which she is out to dinner with some guy and they are celebrating something. While wearing black nylons, she puts her foot in his crotch and rubs. A short scene but VERY good from what I remember.
