This is not an under the table scene and it is very quick but in the Nic Cage movie 'Snake Eyes' there is a scene where Gary Sinise is chasing Nic Cage in the Hotel and it goes to a birds eye view and it moves over the rooms in the hotel what seperate the two stars and there is a scene where one of the girls who shows what round the boxing match is in is lying on the hotel room floor and there is a guy sitting on the bed she is giggling and she moves her feet into his crotch and starts rubbing.

Not an amazing scene but might be one for the list.
