The scene is around 30 minutes from the beginning. This prostitute changes into this kind-of school outfit while some guy was sitting on a chair. They have some sort of arguement (I think) and she goes up to him and it appears she places her foot on his crotch and rubbing it for a good 5-10 seconds. You don't get a close-up of it but it is hot nonetheless.

Neither really...it was more of just playfulness if i remember correctly
