The newly released Sora2 from OpenAI totally blew my mind! The speed at which AI is advancing is insane. I ran a quick test to generate a shoeplay video, and it’s crazy — you can actually hear the high heels clicking on the floor. Right now it can only make about 10 seconds of fairly low-res footage, but even that is super impressive. I can’t wait to see what longer, higher-quality clips will look like!

Right now, OpenAI has cranked Sora’s safety filters way up — even the slightest hint of anything remotely NSFW in your prompt will instantly block the video. So yeah, trying to make anything spicy with it is basically impossible at the moment. Kinda a shame, honestly.

Do you have a paid account or is this part of the free version?

Nah, this is just the free version — no paid account or anything. Sora2’s actually free too, you just need to snag an invite code when they open up access.

If you weren't quick enough to snag an activation code, you can do what I did and grab one from a third-party platform. They usually only cost a few bucks—seriously, just a couple of dollars.

Once you successfully register, Sora 2 will gift you six invitation codes to share with others. Unfortunately, I've already completely used up all of mine!
