Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any official or unofficial videos released of her daily meetings shot from an angle where we could see. Even photos from that angle are super rare.
She is an habitual shoeplayer, she purposefully does not do it because it is seen as unprofessional. Notice how she has a footrest and her guests do not on her show. I saw her heelpop once on her show though, it was from afar when the camera switched angles.
